Buddy Hield will be a dynamic scorer for the Kings this season.

The Sacramento Kings, in the midst of a six-game losing skid, are reportedly benching former first-round pick Buddy Hield for Bogdan Bogdanovic.

Jason Jones and Shams Charania of The Athletic broke the news Friday afternoon:

Hield is having a down season for the Kings, to be sure. Posting career-lows in field-goal percentage (41.6%) and three-point percentage (36%), he’s averaging 20 points, 5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 0.9 steals per game.

Bogdanovic, 27, is averaging 14.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1 steal per game.
