The Los Angeles Dodgers are apparently looking to make a splash this winter after a premature playoff exit.

According to Jon Heyman of MLB Network, Los Angeles is interested in NL MVP finalist and Washington Nationals star Anthony Rendon.

As Heyman notes, Justin Turner has made the offer to move from third base to the right side of the infield. There could be an opening at first base or second base.

Rendon, 29, hit .319 with 34 homers, 126 RBI and a 1.010 OPS during a stellar 2019 campaign for the World Series champion Nationals.

Having already been linked to Francisco Lindor, it’s become apparent that the Dodgers are looking for an upgrade in the infield. Both players would certainly qualify as that.
