Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen will make his return from a fractured finger Friday night barring a setback during warmups for the must-win play-in game against the visiting Atlanta Hawks, The Athletic reported.

The team upgraded Allen’s status to questionable on Thursday. He has not played since breaking his left middle finger on March 6.

Allen, 23, earned his first All-Star berth this season and is averaging career highs in scoring (16.1) and rebounding (10.8). He is shooting 67.7 percent from the field and is second on the team with 75 blocked shots.

Friday night’s winner earns the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs and will visit the top-seeded Miami Heat for Game 1 of the first round on Sunday afternoon.
