Yet another awful NFL quarterback has found a new home. The Cleveland Browns have traded Cody Kessler to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network has the details on compensation.
Somehow, we’re betting some strong reactions from a certain sector will soon be coming.
Kessler has started eight games as a pro, going 0-8. He’s made appearances in 13 total games, completing 63.8 percent of his passes for 1,506 yards with six touchdowns and three interceptions.
A former third-round pick out of USC, he’s a career backup who can play in a pinch, but if you’re relying on him to start you’re probably not going to win.
