Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman James Hurst has been suspended the first four games of the 2020 season for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing substances.

The Ravens shared this news on Friday afternoon.

A versatile offensive lineman who has appeared in 90 games and started 44 since entering the league as an undrafted rookie out of North Carolina in 2014, Hurst appeared in all 16 games last season and started two at left tackle.

As noted by the team’s website, Hurst will be able to participate in the Ravens’ offseason program and training camp, along with the preseason, but will be away from the team starting in Week 1 of the regular season.
