Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Justin Layne was arrested and is now facing multiple charges in Ohio, following a traffic stop on Friday.
Willoughby Hill Police Chief Matthew A. Naegele told reporters that Layne was pulled over around 1:20 a.m. on Interstate 90 when he was clocked driving 89 mph in a 60-mph zone.
Officers discovered Layne had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for a previous traffic violation that he did not appear for in court. The 23-year-old was also driving on a suspended license.
