Pennsylvania brewery magnificently trolls Patriots with newest beer

Those in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas are not soon going to let others forget that their Eagles defeated the mighty New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII earlier this month. It was the Eagles’ first ever Super Bowl title. It came against a fellow east coast powerhouse with Philadelphia itself being major underdogs. Already a boisterous sports town, that’s not going to die down any time soon.

Just ask the Pennsylvania-based Iron Hill Brewery, who has decided to savagely and magnificently troll the Patriots.

Yes, that’s a beer that the company says they brew with “New England tears.” Once called “Fool’s Gold”, the name if the beer has conveniently been changed to “Foles Gold.” Get it? Nick Foles is gold after winning the Super Bowl MVP over Tom Brady and the Pats, leading to many a tear from New England in the process.

Oh man, that’s just all sorts of brilliant right there.
