Earlier this week, the Chicago television station WLS-Ch.7 made an embarrassing mistake with a graphic that showed the 2018 Winter Olympics being contested in P.F. Chang, rather than Pyeongchang (look here).
When the Asian-inspired restaurant chain, P.F. Chang’s, found out about it, it was quick to point out that, in fact, the Olympics are not being contested at P.F. Chang.
However, now the chain is taking full advantage of the faux pas by offering “Pyeongchang Lettuce Wraps” for a day.

That’s a brilliant way to capitalize on someone else’s mistake.
Also, and I’m only speaking for myself here, but suddenly I’m hankering for some Asian cuisine.
