Justin Tuck, who obviously passed his physical, is now an Oakland Raider after nine seasons with the New York Giants. The two-time Pro-Bowler signed a two-year, $11 million contract. Tuck is a baby step up the ladder of things the Raiders must do off-season to beef up their entire team.
