Ninjas in Pyjamas swept Team Vitality on Wednesday to claim the Group A title at the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2023 in Copenhagen.

With the win, NiP qualifies for the Fall Final while Vitality goes to Round 2 of the Knockout Stage.

Also Wednesday, FaZe Clan stormed into the Group C grand final with a sweep of Team Liquid. That grand final — as well as the Group B final — will be played Thursday.

NiP beat Vitality 16-13 on Mirage and 16-14 on Overpass. Ludvig “Brollan” Brolin led NiP with 50 kills and a plus-16 kills-to-deaths differential.

FaZe, meanwhile, defeated G2 16-7 on Nuke and 16-11 on Mirage. Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken led FaZe wit 51 kills and a plus-28 K-D differential. FaZe faces Team Liquid in the Group C grand final.

The Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event began with a double-elimination group stage, with the field split into three groups of four teams.

All matches are best-of-three and the winners of each group will advance straight to the Fall Final. The remaining nine teams advance to the seeded play-in stage to compete for three more Fall Final berths.

The grand finals continue Thursday with two matches:
Heroic vs. Natus Vincere (Group B grand final)
Team Liquid vs. FaZe Clan (Group C grand final)
