San Francisco 49ers rookie pass rusher Nick Bosa is not only the favorite to win Defensive Rookie of the Year but has a real chance to win Defensive Player of the Year. Already with three sacks Sunday at home against the Carolina Panthers, the rookie came through with an absurd interception of Kyle Allen you have to see to believe.

Screaming off the edge, he was set to get to Allen once more when the quarterback attempted to check down to an outlet. That’s when Bosa stopped suddenly, leaping into the air for the interception.

Bosa nearly returned it for six points but was ultimately tracked down inside the red zone. Just an amazing play by a young star who is already among the NFL’s best all-around players at any position.
