According to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman, the Vegas Golden Knights have not qualified RFA Nick Cousins due to the team’s cap crunch.

Earlier today the Golden Knights announced they had re-signed pending RFA Chandler Stephenson to a 4-year deal.
