New Jersey Hockey Now: Although he wasn’t named on the official roster, a source tells New Jersey Hockey Now that veteran forward, Luke Glendening, is expected to sign with the Devils. Expect him to soon ink a deal, lifting his PTO.

More NJHN: Speaking of the roster, it was released by the Devils last night, and although it’s official, it’s not really official. There are a handful of names released on the team who are likely to be paper transactions to free up money for corresponding moves, such as Glendening. Here’s who was named, for now.

Speaking of players on PTO, Kevin Rooney made his decision. He’s signed with the Utah Mammoth.
