The St. Louis Blues (10-12-1) come to town with a new head coach standing behind their bench. The New Jersey Devils (15-7-2) are tasked with halting the Blues who are 1-0-0 in the Jim Montgomery era, looking to sever any new coach bump the Blues might have received.

To make matters a bit tougher for the Devils, they’ll be without star forward Timo Meier who is serving a one-game suspension for a cross-check he dished on Monday vs. the Nashville Predators.
