As one report revealed, the Devils and Vancouver Canucks have been talking for a while, and even named some players who could go the other way. More on that below.

New Jersey Hockey Now: So, according to a report, the Elliotte Friedman reveal that the Devils and Canucks were in contact about Quinn Hughes wasn’t the first time. Another report explains it’s been since summer, and even revealed a couple of New Jersey names in play.
