Okay, so perhaps the New Jersey Devils won’t trade for Brady Tkachuk… yet.
The youngest Tkachuk brother was a straight shooter at his end of year presser, addressing the trade rumors involving his name, and he doesn’t like it.
Look what you all did! You made him delete his social medias!
I kid.
On a serious note, Tkachuk did pour some pretty serious cold water on the idea. We’ll see how this sorts itself out, but more on Tkachuk and his thoughts on the trade rumors are linked below.
Also below, I crunched the numbers yesterday on the pending contracts Sunny Mehta has to address this summer. And it looks like an $11M AAV is possible for the Devils captain.
