Daniel Jones is officially off the injury report when it comes to his love life.
And yes, before anyone makes the obvious joke: the Indianapolis Colts QB is dating the daughter of one of the most famous sports surgeons on the planet.
Jones gave fans a rare peek behind the curtain of his personal life this week as he celebrated his 29th birthday with girlfriend Nicole ElAttrache. The Indianapolis signal-caller, who signed a two-year, $88 million deal with the Colts in March, reposted an Instagram Story from ElAttrache featuring snapshots of the couple along with a heartfelt birthday message.
While Jones is gearing up for a fresh start in Indianapolis, it looks like he’s already got a strong supporting cast off the field.

Daniel Jones may be battling for snaps in Indianapolis, but off the field, the Colts quarterback just hard-launched his most important offseason acquisition yet. On May 27, the Colts quarterback seemingly made things Instagram official with influencer Nicole ElAttrache, the daughter of legendary sports surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache. Jones revealed the relationship by reposting a birthday tribute Nicole shared for his 29th birthday.
“Happy birthday Daniel 🎉😘,” the 30-year-old content creator wrote over a photo of the couple smiling arm-in-arm at the Kentucky Derby. She followed it up with another snap of the pair laughing and holding hands, adding a simple but telling message: “I love you.”
While neither Jones nor ElAttrache has said much publicly about their relationship, the two have some familiar ties. Both attended Duke University between 2015 and 2018, where Jones starred for the Blue Devils football program and ElAttrache competed as a volleyball player.
Off the field, ElAttrache has built an impressive résumé of her own. According to her LinkedIn profile, she joined WIN Sports Group, an athlete and talent representation agency, in February 2025. She also shares lifestyle content with 15,000 followers on Instagram.
ElAttrache is also a co-founder of Drink Triply, a spirits-based canned cocktail brand she launched alongside her two sisters.
Of course, sports fans may recognize her last name immediately. Her father, Dr. Neal ElAttrache, is one of the most respected sports surgeons in the game, serving as team physician for both the Rams and Dodgers. He famously performed Aaron Rodgers’ Achilles surgery in 2023.
As for Jones, the timing couldn’t be better. The former Giants quarterback is working his way back from the season-ending Achilles injury he suffered last December and is expected to be ready for Week 1. Now entering a fresh chapter with the Colts, it appears the veteran signal-caller has plenty to smile about both on and off the field.
Before ElAttrache, Jones was linked to former Duke lacrosse player Ella Bonafede during the early years of his Giants career.
