The moment the Cleveland Browns fired head coach Kevin Stefanski, the two-time Coach of the Year immediately became one of the most desired names in the NFL coaching carousel. Now that John Harbaugh has been hired by the Giants, Stefanski seems to be emerging as a top target for several other clubs.

Appearing on NFL Network, Tom Pelissero reported that Stefanski is expected to go through a second round of interviews with multiple clubs next week. The NFL insider mentioned the Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans as potential destinations for Stefanski.

Stefanski has already interviewed with six teams this offseason. At this point, with several clubs eyeing him, the next round of interviews is about him determining which organization is the best fit for him. With Mike Tomlin taking at least a year off and Mike McDaniel seemingly in less demand, Stefanski may have his pick of the best head-coaching gigs available.

At the start of the week, there was some buzz around the NFL that Stefanski and Harbaugh could wind up in Atlanta and New York. With the former Ravens coach now off the table, it would stand to reason that Stefanski would be the top target for owner Arthur Blank and president Matt Ryan.

However, Baltimore might have a few advantages over Atlanta. The Ravens offer the certainty of working with a future Hall of Famer at quarterback in Lamar Jackson. Furthermore, coaching the Ravens means working with one of the best front offices in the NFL. Stefanski would also get to face his former team twice per season.

As for Tennessee, it is clearly putting a priority on experienced head coaches with an offensive mind. The team has interviewed Stefanski, Mike McCarthy, Mike McDaniel, Matt Nagy, Kliff Kingsbury, Brian Daboll and Arthur Smith. While the state of the Titans roster might ultimately push Stefanski to Atlanta or Baltimore, Tennessee could wind up coming out of the NFL coaching carousel having paired Cam Ward with someone like McCarthy or McDaniel.
