Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa was spotted wearing a cast on his left foot Friday after visiting with an ankle specialist in Green Bay.

According to Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times, neither the team nor Bosa has said whether it’s a broken bone or some other injury.

When asked how he’s feeling, Bosa quipped, “Great … immobile.”

Bosa has been out of action well over a month now. His initial injury occurred in early August.

At the time, it was reported that his foot injury was “nothing serious,” but that seems to have changed at least a bit in the weeks since. He has progressed from a walking boot to a cast, and there is no official timetable for his return.

Officially, the Chargers list Bosa as “week-to-week” with this injury.

Los Angeles is preparing for a road game against the Buffalo Bills this Sunday, obviously without their star pass rusher.
