Claire and George Kittle continue to prove they’re one of the NFL’s ultimate power couples.
Claire recently made waves in the SI Swimsuit issue alongside fellow WAGs, athletes, models, and entertainers, including Christen Goff, Brittany Mahomes, Haley Cavinder, Ronika Stone, and Normani. She also revealed that George was flying in to catch her big runway moment in person.
The 49ers star’s reaction quickly became a social media touchdown, with clips of George watching his wife own the catwalk racking up views all weekend. Adding to the support squad, Claire’s fellow 49ers WAG and best friend, Kristin Juszczyk, showed up alongside her husband to cheer Claire on from the sidelines.
Now, Claire is pulling back the curtain on what George really thought of her head-turning runway look. And his behind-the-scenes reaction is every bit as wholesome as fans would expect.
George Kittle Goes Full Hype Man as Claire Kittle Steals the Show at SI Swimsuit Weekend

George Kittle wasn’t about to let Claire Kittle’s Miami moment go unnoticed.
The 49ers tight end took to Instagram over the weekend and dropped a photo carousel dedicated to his wife, complete with a caption that belonged in the Hall of Fame of supportive husband content: “Miami was hot, but you’re the hottest…”
But according to Claire, that post barely scratched the surface of George’s real-time reaction.
“Oh my God, he died,” Claire, 30, told People. “I think we saw some of the reactions online. He loved it. He’s my best friend, so this life doesn’t feel real. We get to support each other living our dreams, and it’s truly the best.”
Safe to say Kittle wasn’t just watching from the sidelines. He was Claire’s biggest hype man as she owned the SI Swimsuit runway.
Claire wasn’t the only tight end WAG making plays in Miami, either. Backstage, she linked up with Haley Cavinder, fiancée of Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, and the duo immediately leaned into their TE WAG era.
“Tight ends and tiny bikinis,” the Cavinder Twins joked on Instagram, adding, “Sundays are for football, summers are for summer and the WAGs.”
The pairing made plenty of sense. Both women are reigning SI Swim Digital Cover stars and previously celebrated their issues together during Super Bowl weekend. They also share another connection beyond football—both were standout Division I basketball players before stepping into the spotlight. Claire suited up for the Indiana Hoosiers, while Cavinder starred for the Miami Hurricanes.
As for Claire and George, their love story goes way back. The couple tied the knot in July 2019 just before Kittle entered his third NFL season with San Francisco. They first met as student-athletes at the University of Iowa and have been teammates ever since.
Now entering another NFL offseason, Kittle appears to be enjoying some well-earned downtime with his wife before gearing up for another run with the Niners in 2026.
