26. Breshad Perriman, wide receiver, Baltimore Ravens
Unfortunately for the Ravens, Perriman missed the majority of his offseason practices and the entire preseason due to a sprained knee. And, it’s possible that Perriman may not return until October.
When he does return, he’ll be so far behind in progress that he may not make much of an impact in 2015 sitting behind Steve Smith Sr., Marlon Brown and Kamar Aiken.
