23. Shane Ray, outside linebacker, Denver Broncos
Ray currently sits behind veteran outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware in depth. However he is making a case for more play time this season after a successful preseason, recording sacks in his final two games.
Ray could be a true threat if the Broncos allow him some starting time this season, but that’s not likely to happen. He’ll be effective as a reserve, though.
