Last year, the Denver Broncos had the NFL’s third-best scoring defense. Defensive coordinator Vance Joseph’s unit was a big reason why the Broncos were able to win 14 games and then were viewed as a strong candidate to play in the Super Bowl.
Of course, a season-ending ankle fracture suffered by Bo Nix derailed the team’s momentum in the playoffs. Yet, many would argue that the Broncos have only since strengthened the roster, such as by trading their first-round pick in exchange for star receiver Jaylen Waddle. Yet, the Broncos may not be done building the roster yet.

Recently, Broncos edge rusher Nik Bonitto discussed the possibility of future Hall of Famer Von Miller’s return with Zac Stevens of DNVR. Bonitto admitted that he’d “love” to team up with Miller.
“It would be pretty crazy, for sure,” Bonitto said. “Obviously, everybody would love that. Not only the fans but the players. He’s a guy that’s loved here in Denver so much. My personal favorite player ever to watch. Just being able to share a room with him would be amazing.”
The three-time All-Pro is now 37 years old, but he’s coming off a nine-sack season, showing he may still have something in the tank if a Broncos reunion is still a possibility. If he does play a 15th season, then the Broncos could be a good fit for someone who assuredly still wants to compete for a championship.
