The Kansas City Chiefs may not be hoisting the Lombardi this offseason, but the Hunt family is still heading to a championship celebration. Gracie Hunt is officially in full wedding-mode as she gears up to tie the knot with Derek Green.
From locking in decor playbooks to finalizing the wedding roster, Gracie’s got an all-star squad backing her up — including her parents, fiancé, future in-laws, planners, designers, and a bridesmaid unit deep enough to rival an NFL depth chart. But just how many bridesmaids are set to stand beside the Chiefs heiress on her big day?
Gracie Hunt Reveals Her Bridesmaids Ahead of Lavish Dallas Wedding Celebration

Gracie Hunt just added a full 14-player squad to her wedding roster.
On Friday, Gracie’s mom, Tavia Hunt, hosted a luxury “bridesmaids proposal and engagement party” in Dallas that looked more like an All-Stars party than a pre-wedding celebration. Champagne was flowing, cameras were rolling, and the Chiefs heiress gave fans an inside look at the festivities on Instagram following her engagement to Derek Green last month.
The bridal lineup is stacked too. Gracie revealed she’ll have 14 bridesmaids standing beside her on the big day, including sister Ava Hunt as maid of honor and Derek’s sister, Janelle Green, making the cut as well.
For the celebration, Gracie showed up in a white mini dress with silver bows from Cinq à Sept, pairing it with a diamond necklace from Dallas jeweler Lyles DeGrazier — the same jeweler where Derek reportedly picked out her engagement ring.
The former Gracie Hunt later thanked her mom in another Instagram carousel, giving Tavia credit for putting together the over-the-top celebration. And if this engagement party is any indication, this wedding is already shaping up to be Chiefs Kingdom’s offseason main event.
Gracie and Derek — son of former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Trent Green — went public with their relationship in May 2025. Though eagle-eyed fans first spotted hints of the romance during a now-deleted Arrowhead Stadium post back in April. By July, Gracie confirmed the two had actually been “friends since 2017.”
Derek, who played quarterback at Southern Methodist University before transferring to Long Island University, officially proposed on April 4 in front of both families. Chiefs owner Clark Hunt and Tavia Hunt were there for the moment. Along with Trent and Julie Green, as the families celebrated what might already be the biggest Chiefs offseason link-up yet.
