We’re just days away from an epic San Francisco 49ers vs. Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl matchup featuring the game’s biggest stars. Even though not everyone agrees with the Super Bowl being held in Las Vegas, there are several interesting bets and promotions being rolled out.
That apparently now includes a car dealership located in Wichita, Kansas.

Wichita car dealership makes risky offer with Kansas City Chiefs win
Family Mitsubishi, located in Wichita, Kansas, is going all in on the Kansas City Chiefs winning Super Bowl LVIII that they’re willing to refund customers the full purchase price of their vehicle if certain conditions are met.
If you’re a Chiefs fan within traveling distance to Wichita, unfortunately, you’re too late to get in on Family Mitsubishi’s offer.
Still, customers who bought a car at Family Mitsubishi at any point between Aug. 16, 2023 and Oct. 15, 2023 have a chance to have the entire cost of their vehicle completely paid for by the local dealership.
It’s an offer that could cost Family Mitsubishi to pay out nearly $2 million in refunds to their customers, but only if these specific conditions are met:
- Chiefs win Super Bowl 58
- Patrick Mahomes scores a touchdown himself (not passing to others)
- Chiefs point total ends in a 0
Those conditions aren’t all that uncommon. All it would take is the Chiefs scoring two touchdowns and two field goals, with Mahomes rushing for a score, plus a win, for a few customers to be very happy with their purchase.
There have been four previous instances in Super Bowl history where a winning team finished with a score that ended in a 0, but we haven’t seen it since 1994 when the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Buffalo Bills 30-13.
