The Cleveland Browns made a head coaching move that fans highly approve of. They promoted offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens to head coach, which keeps other teams in need of a coach from being able to woo him away from Cleveland.

Kitchens took over the play-calling duties in Week 9 and the team thrived as a result — winning five of its eight final games.
