New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was not in a festive mood Sunday night as his last-place team took on the Denver Broncos.
The first half saw New England fall down 7-3 as both teams set offenses back decades. Apparently, Belichick opted to take his frustration out on the officials in Denver.

That’s unintentially hilarious stuff right there. Belichick was not happy about a certain spot in the second quarter. Of course, he was not having any of it as the officials tried to explain things away.
It has been an absolutely miserable season for Belichick and the Patriots. They entered Sunday Night Football with a 3-11 record. Meanwhile, the future Hall of Famer will likely move on from the Pats after nearly a quarter century on the sideline in Foxborough.

Belichick was more than willing to play the role of Grinch as he tore into officials. Perhaps, this was just his way of airing his grievances and celebrating Festivus one day after the fact. Either way, those watching at home couldn’t help but notice the head coach losing it.
