Bolo has found a new home. As we reported earlier on Tuesday, eight-time Pro Bowl quarterback Philip Rivers has signed with the Indianapolis Colts.
According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, it is a one-year deal worth $25 million in cold hard cash. This is a great deal for the 38-year-old veteran and his new team.
Indianapolis is in win-now mode. It was not happy with the performance of Jacoby Brissett following the retirement of Andrew Luck immediately ahead of the 2019 season.
The Colts now get a respected potential future Hall of Fame quarterback on the cheap as they look to unseat the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC next season.
Needless to say, this deal created some big-time reactions around the NFL world.
