The newly formed United Football League named eight markets and head coaches for the 2024 season on Monday.

The UFL includes four former XFL markets, three from the USFL and one that the two leagues previously shared.

The UFL, set to debut in March, named its two conferences after the now-merged leagues. Here is the lineup with the head coaches for each team:

USFL conference: Birmingham Stallions (Skip Holtz), Houston Roughnecks (Curtis Johnson), Memphis Showboats (John DeFilippo) and Michigan Panthers (Mike Nolan).

XFL conference: Arlington Renegades (Bob Stoops), D.C. Defenders (Reggie Barlow), San Antonio Brahmas (Wade Phillips) and St. Louis BattleHawks (Anthony Becht).

Both leagues had teams in Houston in 2023. The UFL opted to keep the XFL’s team but selected the coach of the USFL’s Houston Gamblers.

Training camp for all UFL players is set to begin on Feb. 24 in Arlington, Texas.

The 10-game regular season will kick off on March 30 with a match between 2023 USFL champion Birmingham and 2023 XFL champion Arlington.
