Coming off their first loss of the season, the Philadelphia Sixers are in Utah to take on a good Jazz team.

Unfortunately for Philadelphia, its trek out west just got significantly worse. Simmons exited early in the game with a shoulder injury. Watch it below.

Philadelphia immediately ruled Simmons out for the game with right shoulder soreness. However, it looked like something more than that.

The third-year player entered Wednesday’s action averaging 15.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 7.7 assists and 3.3 steals per game.
