Well that didn’t take long. Just days after news broke that Kawhi Leonard spurned the Toronto Raptors and Los Angeles Lakers in favor of the Los Angeles Clippers, someone put up a mural to welcome him back home.
Featuring a very accurate headshot of the superstar, the mural reads, “Welcome home, champ!”
This isn’t the first Leonard mural to pop up on the Venice Beach Boardwalk recently, either. Needless to say, fans in Southern California are more than thrilled to see Leonard coming back home to where it all started.
