NBA owners expected to approve plan to resume season in Orlando

Things are seemingly moving fast as it relates to the NBA resuming its 2019-20 season after it was suspended back in March.

The league’s Board of Governors met with Commissioner Adam Silver on Friday to delve into plans for a resumption of the season.

While nothing came to fruition on that end, the expectation is that a final plan will ultimately be put forth next week.

Now, according to this report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Silver’s plan is expected to be approved by NBA owners next Thursday. Said plan will include resuming the season at Walt Disney World in Orlando.
