MLB world reacts to Red Sox naming Ron Roenicke interim manager

The Boston Red Sox will make it official later on Tuesday, naming Ron Roenicke as their manager to replace the recently departed Alex Cora.

This comes with Spring Training heating up around the MLB world. It also comes with a rather interesting caveat.

Cora was removed from his role as manager after being implicated in the entire sign-stealing scandal that initially started with the Houston Astros. Though, no official determination has been made.

This continues to lead to speculation that the Sox might bring Cora back should it be proven there was no wrongdoing on his part.

Either way, the promotion of Roenicke from his role as bench coach under Cora drew some widespread responses around the MLB world.
