As Game 5 of the 2017 World Series moved deep into its fifth hour, fans everywhere on both coasts were feeling the effects of the grueling affair. It’s a Sunday night, after all, and everyone’s gearing up for another week of work and/or school.

As a remedy, the MLB Twitter account sent out a hilarious fake doctor’s note for fans to use as an excuse to not show up Monday morning.

That’s outstanding.

It’s even got the official Major League Baseball logo on it, so you know it’s real.

This truly has been a crazy series. As I’m sitting here writing this, the Los Angeles Dodgers have pulled to within one run in the top of the ninth inning. Houston is clinging to a 12-11 lead, and we literally have no idea when or if this game will ever end.

Also, the balls are definitely juiced.
