Media personality ripped for Tom Brady, Eli Manning take

Brian Fluharty-USA TODAY Sports

Fresh off being benched in favor of rookie Daniel Jones, a lot of debate has raged around the football world regarding Eli Manning and the New York Giants quarterback’s place in history.

Some conclude that Manning is deserving of a spot in the Hall of Fame because he’s one of a handful of quarterbacks to have won multiple Super Bowls. In fact, Manning’s two Super Bowl titles came against Tom Brady and the Patriots.

Others conclude that Manning hasn’t done much outside of those two title seasons and does not deserve a spot in Canton.

Either side of the debate has it points. However, media personality Rob Parker of Fox Sports had his own take on the debate. It’s about as bad as anything we’ve seen in a while.

“I’d take Eli over Brady any day.” Well, that’s new.

Unless you have been hiding under a rock, Brady’s six Super Bowl titles is an NFL record.

Needless to say, people were not responding too kindly to this inferno hot take.

There’s a moral to this story, Mr. Parker. Some tweets are better left in the draft folder.
