The Louisville football program is in shambles this year in the wake of Lamar Jackson leaving for the NFL, and James Burgess put a cherry on top of this crap sundae on Saturday against Clemson.

Down by 46 points in the third quarter, Burgess blew up a return man and proceeded to celebrate like he made the play of the year. Right before being ejected for targeting on the play.
