Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner left Game 4 of the National League Championship Series in the seventh inning with a left leg injury.

Turner, who has 13 career playoff home runs, grounded into a double play and appeared to be in pain while running halfway up the first-base line. He was replaced at third base in the top of the eighth inning by Chris Taylor, who moved in from center field.

Turner, 36, also was out of the starting lineup in Game 2 because of neck stiffness. He is 4-for-34 in 10 games this postseason with just one extra-base hit, a home run in the wild-card victory over the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Braves entered Game 4 with a 2-1 series lead and were up 5-2 on the Dodgers in Game 4 at the time Turner departed.
