LOOK: Wikipedia has already fired Cardinals OC Mike McCoy

Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Mike McCoy entered Thursday’s game against the Denver Broncos already on the hot seat.

After seeing rookie quarterback Josh Rosen have two interceptions returned for touchdowns in the first quarter alone, it seemed to be pretty clear that McCoy’s tenure in the desert would last all of seven weeks.

Even before the game itself concluded, someone decided to make it official on Wikipedia.

Yes, Wikipedia fired McCoy on the spot. It did so with the Cardinals still playing on Thursday Night Football in front of what was left of the team’s fan base.

McCoy has been a major failure in Arizona since first-year head coach Steve Wilks brought him on to the staff. Heading into Thursday’s action, the Cardinals’ offense was averaging less than 14 points per game and ranked dead last in total yards.

Obviously, it didn’t get much better against the Broncos.
