After being criticized for weeks by fans and analysts for the number of ridiculous penalties called early in the 2019 NFL season, the league is now facing additional heat from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Brady tuned in for Thursday’s game between the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars hoping to watch some relaxing football. It didn’t take long before the penalties racked up and Brady’s patience wore thin.

After Brady witnessed Tennessee Titans outside linebacker Kamalei Correa flagged for roughing the passer on a seemingly routine hit on the quarterback, he decided he had enough of the game and ridiculous calls.

The hit was similar to the one called against Denver Broncos edge rusher Bradley Chubb in Week 2 that cost Denver the game.

It’s one thing for the league to take heat from fans, analysts and even a few defensive players. Now Brady’s frustration with the ridiculous calls is public and now we have to hope the league does something to finally address it.
