One has to wonder exactly how this happens. You have the person tasked with picking out the letters for the names on NBA jerseys. You have another person tasked with actually adding the names of the players on the jersey.
Then, you have the equipment manager tasked with providing the players their jerseys.
All three levels had to fail here big time.

If that’s not bad enough, did Phoenix Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe not realize he was heading on the court with his name spelled wrong?
Unfortunately for the home team, this really doesn’t bode well for the Suns’ hopes of upsetting the Golden State Warriors Sunday afternoon. If you can’t spell your player’s name right, you probably aren’t going to beat the two-time defending Western Conference champs.
Do better, Phoenix. Do better.
