Stephen Curry is the two-time reigning NBA MVP. He has ties to the Bay Area that go much further than Oracle Arena in Oakland. He also has a beautiful young family consisting of two young daughters and a wife.
So it makes sense that Curry would want to set himself and his family up nicely in the Bay Area.
Apparently, that’s exactly what he’s done. Curry and his wife, Ayesha, just purchased this extraordinary $5.8 million home in Alamo.
It’s a five bedroom, 10 bath masterpiece sitting on 1.6 acres of land and consisting of nearly 11,000 square feet.
Yeah, Curry has done pretty well for himself here.
There’s an awesome kitchen for Ayesha to do her cooking.
And a huge pool for Riley and her younger sister to swim in.
There might not be a basketball court as of yet, but we’re pretty sure Curry will make quick work of that.
Meanwhile, the MVP can just hang out with the other members of the big four, Kevin Durant included, sharing stories of awesomeness near an outdoor fire pit.
Yes. We can surely say were impressed by this purchase. If Curry has any extra room in the granny unit, here’s one scribe that would be okay with renting it out.
From a basketball perspective, any other team looking to pry Curry away from the Bay Area when he becomes a free agent next summer should probably not waste their time.
Outside of the dream team he’s helped build in Oakland, he now has a dream home to go with it. Curry won’t be given that up any time soon.
