LOOK: Lonzo Ball removes any mention of Lakers from social media accounts

It sure looks like young Los Angeles Lakers guard Lonzo Ball is not taking the trade rumors too swell ahead of Thursday’s deadline.

Lonzo’s outspoken father, LaVar, just took to the media recently to indicate that he does not want his son playing for the New Orleans Pelicans. Instead, he would like to see the younger ball head to the Phoenix Suns in a hypothetical three-team trade that nets the Lakers Anthony Davis.

One eagle-eyed observer decided to check out Lonzo Ball’s social media accounts on Monday. At that point, it became clear that the second-year guard is all but done with the Lakers.

He’s removed any mention of the team from both his Twitter and Instagram accounts.

This is the equivalent of throwing a temper tantrum on social media. Being subjected to trade rumors is what comes along with being an actual NBA player. If Lonzo can’t handle the heat, he probably should get out of the kitchen.

In any event, it sure looks like Ball thinks he’s going to be dealt ahead of Thursday’s deadline. If that doesn’t happen, fences will have to be mended in Hollywood. Good times, indeed.
