Former Golden State Warriors center Adonal Foyle was recently at a Starbucks in the Bahamas. While there, the baristas mistook Foyle for another retired center — Shaq.
During their respective playing careers, mistaking Foyle for one of the greatest big men in NBA history would not have been easy. Apparently, though, that does not extend to their post-career, off-court endeavors.
There are certainly worse people for a former NBA center to be mistaken for. Let’s just hope that Foyle is never mistaken for Shawn Bradley.
