The Philadelphia Eagles received their Super Bowl rings in a pretty awesome ceremony this past week. While the event was grand, the rings themselves are absolutely magnificent.
Now as Eagles break for the summer before attempting to repeat as champs, offensive lineman Steven Wisniewski was greeted by a fan at a beach with a Super Bowl ring sand castle.
It might be even better than the rings themselves.
A guy at the shore saw my ring and decided to make a sandring (or ringcastle if u prefer). Pretty impressive for only using sand, water and seashells pic.twitter.com/Mj5O9PBplm

That is what we’d call a diehard fan showing the Eagles a ton of love. Job definitely well done there.
As it relates to Wisniewski, it shouldn’t be a surprise to learn that he actually wore his Super Bowl ring to the beach.
Of course I wore it to the beach- those diamonds look amazing in good sunlight. I’m like a girl that just got engaged, I can’t stop staring at my ring!!

To each is own. Next time, just make sure the beach doesn’t swallow some of the diamonds on that beautiful piece of jewelry. It would ruin an otherwise amazing summer day at the beach.
