One now has to wonder if Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is regretting signing a record-breaking five-year, $75.3 million extension with the team back in May.

Money does not cure all ills. Far from it. Now with his Dolphins having been outscored 102-10 in their first two games, Howard is watching some of his star teammates leave South Beach.

That now includes second-year defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick, who was traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night.

For his part, Howard had a tremendous reaction to the trade. Check it out right here.

What great GIF usage from Howard right there. Fresh Prince in an empty room. Brilliance defined.

This trade comes mere weeks after Miami dealt franchise left tackle Laremy Tunsil to the Houston Texans.

The Dolphins are in full-scale rebuild mode. One has to wonder how many veterans such as Howard are going to want to remain in South Beach for that.
