The Dallas Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones know style. They also know how to treat their employees in the best possible way. This is one of the reasons that the Cowboys have been considered an elite organization since Jones took over as owner back in the 1980s.
Here’s another example of this. As Jane Slater NFL Media pointed on Thursday, the Cowboys legitimately have a rooftop pool complete with towel service at their Frisco practice facility.
No, really.

To put into perspective how ridiculous this facility is, it cost $1.5 billion to erect last year. For comparison’s sake, the soon-to-be built Raiders stadium in Las Vegas is expected to cost a total of $1.9 billion when it’s all said and done.
What is the actual benefit for Cowboys players here? Well, it’s rather simple. The team can retire to this pool following grueling summer practices during training camp. That can’t be seen as a bad thing.
