LOOK: Bills officially announce Stefon Diggs trade

Stefon Diggs trade

The NFL’s new league year officially started on Wednesday afternoon. However, teams can’t make deals official until players take physicals. That’s been complicated by the coronavirus pandemic crippling the United States and the rest of the world.

Despite this, NFL teams are finding funny ways to report that they have in fact finalized deals. That includes the Buffalo Bills’ blockbuster trade for star receiver Stefon Diggs.

Check out their “official” announcement.

Gotta love it, right?

As it relates to the trade, Buffalo adds a player in Diggs who will give quarterback Josh Allen another very dangerous weapon in the passing game. Diggs is an extremely talented receiver who has hauled in 365 passes for 4,623 yards and 30 touchdowns in his first five seasons in the NFL.

The now Tom Brady-less Patriots have been put on notice. The AFC East soon won’t belong to them. That’s for sure.
