LOOK: 5-foot-6 Tony Kemp makes jaw-dropping leaping catch

Erik Williams-USA TODAY Sports

It looked like the Boston Red Sox would add to their lead in Game 3 of the ALCS against the Houston Astros. But Tony Kemp had other ideas.

Steve Pearce hit a high fly ball to deep left that would have certainly scored J.D. Martinez from second and probably Xander Bogaerts from first base, as well. But Kemp used every bit of his 5-foot-6 frame to get up and catch it before it hit the wall.

The Red Sox did challenge the play, thinking that the loud noise might have been the ball hitting the wall. But the play was correctly upheld.
