Kristaps Porzingis can dunk over most people in the known universe, being 7-foot-3. However, he has his sights set on one man in particular as a target for posterization, namely one Shaquille O’Neal.

Why, you ask?

The answer is simple.

In an interview with Complex News during Delta’s Fly Like a Pro event this week in New York, Porzingis said he wanted to dunk over Shaq because the big man said he never could.

“I would like to dunk on Shaq. Yeah, because we were at one appearance together, and we were talking a little trash. It was fun. He said I would never be able to dunk on him. So, he would be the guy that I would want to dunk on.”

Shaq would, especially in his heyday, certainly give Porzingis a run for his money. At 7-foot-1, he has at least 100 pounds on the New York Knicks rookie forward these days and would still be a challenge to dunk on.

Let’s just say if these two ever do get together to see who’d come out victorious, we’d need video proof to validate any successful attempt made by Porzingis.
