Kristaps Porzingis bloodied in fight with Knicks fans in Latvia

Apparently, Kristaps Porzingis isn’t beloved by all who dwell in his home nation of Latvia, as he was left bloodied after fighting with some locals at a club.

Per TMZ Sports, “a handful of confronted Kristaps, supposedly upset with the fact that he’d switched teams down here in the States … and an all-out tussle broke out.”

Here’s a video of the aftermath, showing Porzingis had absorbed some significant damage.

Thankfully the police got involved before things spiraled even more out of control. In the video, Porzingis — bleeding freely from a wound on his head — was trying to go after a group that isn’t on the camera before the cops put an end to the fracas.

New York traded Porzingis to the Dallas Mavericks last year. He didn’t play at all during the 2018-19 season while recovering from the ACL injury that derailed his previous campaign.
